ABOUT THE HONEY BEE SOCIETY

The Honey Bee Society was created 2019 with the mission of “promoting life skills for today’s and

tomorrow’s youth through livestock.” Through this foundation, area youth involved in agriculture are able to apply for scholarships and grants in for livestock projects. These livestock projects not only teach responsibility but also that hard work is necessity for success.

 

In 2021 the Honey Bee Society decided to also support our local first responders. Our mission is “to serve and honor past, present and future first responders, help build appreciation and respect for their work, and support ways for them to enhance public safety.” In the world today, we feel like it is important to support the First Responders in the area. This support not only helps protect our communities, but it is also meant to buildstronger, healthier communities.
